Privacy.
This site is maintained by the YNG Palm Beach County team, a chapter of YPO Next Generation. We collect only what you give us: the contents of forms you submit (application, RSVP, contact) and standard server logs.
What we collect
Application and contact form submissions: name, email, phone (if you provide it), and the substance of your message. We use this exclusively to follow up with you. We do not sell, rent, or trade contact information.
Analytics: we use a privacy-respecting analytics service (Plausible) that does not set cookies or track identifiers across sites. Aggregate page views and referrers only.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, coordinate event RSVPs, and (if you opt in) to send chapter updates. We retain inquiries for as long as the conversation is active, then archive them in a secure system maintained by the chapter team.
Third parties
We use Resend for transactional email and Sanity for content management. Both are bound by their own privacy policies and process data on our behalf only.
Your rights
You can request your data be deleted at any time by emailing hello@yngpalmbeach.org. We respond within 14 days.
