A curated chapter for the young adult children of YPO members, drawing on the global YPO network. It is built around three pillars: community, mentorship, and leadership.
A private circle of peers their own age. A confidential Forum to talk business, family, and life, a lot like the one their parents know in YPO.

Two steps: your parent activates YPO, then you join the chapter.
Step 1 · Your YPO parent
Enrolls you in YPO
Your active YPO parent enrolls you and pays the $395 YPO International dues. A young adult cannot enroll at the global level, so this step has to come from the parent.
- Open YPO Connect. Click the profile picture (top right), then My Account.
- Choose Purchase Benefits and enroll YNG-eligible children. The $395 global fee is paid here.
Step 2 · You
Join the chapter
Complete the membership application: contact info, life stage, location, forums, and leadership. After you send it, you pay the $495 local chapter dues.
Start the applicationOnce your parent has enrolled you in YPO and we have your application plus your $495 chapter dues, the chapter team verifies your parent's YPO status with YPO International and your place is confirmed.

Who qualifies for YNG Palm Beach County membership?
Children of active YPO international members, ages 18–30, with a connection to Palm Beach County. The chapter is sponsored by YPO Palm Beach Gold Chapter and serves West Palm Beach, Boca, Fort Lauderdale, Delray, Jupiter, and Wellington.

What does membership cost?
YPO International dues are $395 per year, paid by the YPO parent through YPO Connect. YNG Palm Beach County chapter dues are $495 per year, invoiced by the chapter team. Membership runs July 1 through June 30 and is paid by ACH, credit card, or check.

Does my parent have to introduce me?
A warm introduction from a YPO parent or board member is the smoothest path, and that is how many members arrive. You can also reach us directly through the application form, and we will set up a Vision call within 72 hours.

How does enrollment actually work?
It happens in two parts. You cannot enroll yourself at the global level. Second, you complete the membership application on this site and pay the $495 chapter dues. The chapter is growing steadily, built by introduction first and then by direct inquiry. Members shape the community, mentorship, and leadership programming as the chapter takes shape.
