YNG Palm Beach County is the regional chapter of YPO Next Generation, the global YPO sub-organization for the young adult children of YPO members, ages 18–30. Sponsored by YPO Palm Beach Gold Chapter, we draw on the worldwide YPO network.
The chapter is run by the YNG Palm Beach County team, with support from YNG Launch Advisers Pranay Sinha (Fulcrum Digital) and Kaitlyn Vogel (Shore Manufacturing). Day-to-day operations are coordinated with YPO Palm Beach Gold Chapter, the chapter that sponsors us.
We chose Palm Beach County, not a single city, because the YPO families we serve are distributed across the region: West Palm Beach, Boca, Fort Lauderdale, Delray, Jupiter, Wellington, and the seasonal members who come down from the Northeast. Members join, then help shape the program across community, mentorship, leadership, and marketing.

YPO is a global community of chief executives across more than 140 countries. YNG, YPO Next Generation, is the YPO sub-organization for the adult children of members. It exists so the next generation arrives at the YPO network in their own right, not as someone's son or daughter.
The Palm Beach County chapter is built around three pillars: Community (a confidential Forum, social events, and intimate gatherings), Mentorship (we pair every member one-on-one with an experienced YPO member), and Leadership (joint YPO/YNG events and growth workshops).
The chapter is intentionally small. Members join by warm introduction first, and everyone who joins receives every community, mentorship, and leadership offering described across this site. Members also help design the year, with a real say in how the program takes shape.
