Mentorship is what sets this chapter apart. Many chapters focus on the social side. We lead with mentorship, and the social grows naturally out of it. Here is how the program actually runs.
Four formats
One-on-one three-hour intensive. Three one-hour sessions with a YPO mentor over Zoom, coffee, lunch, or dinner. This is the format that goes deepest, fastest.
Group dinners, coffee, or lunch. Eight to twelve people, a mix of YNG members and YPO mentors, with a structured discussion on a single topic. This is where most mentor and mentee relationships actually start.
Single-topic sessions. An educational format where a YPO mentor leads on one topic. Parent and child pairings are welcome.
Business tours. Behind-the-scenes visits at YPO-owned businesses with three to five executives, led by the CEO where possible.
Eight topics
At intake, members pick a primary topic and one or two secondary ones. The mentor match is made against the topic, the industry, and the personal context, not just the role title.
Leadership development. Advocating for yourself, including promotions and pay raises. Personal finance, estate, and health. Entrepreneurship and starting a business. Scaling and operating a business. Managing people and managing up. AI learning across three levels. Mindset and the Miracle Morning.
The point of the table is the table itself, not the deals it might produce.
If you are ready to bring the question only this room can answer, you will leave with more than a contact. That is what we are building.
