AI is the topic our members ask for most. It is also the easiest one to bluff. So we built a curriculum with three real levels, and members enter at their level, not their ego.
Three levels
Beginner, operational efficiency. Using AI in day-to-day work. Where to apply it, where not to apply it yet, and what to measure. This is designed for members who use AI tools but have not yet structured how.
Intermediate, business productivity and sales. Applying AI to specific business functions such as outreach, summarization, research, and internal workflows, with case studies from YPO operators.
Advanced, building applications and source code. For members who want to build, not just use. Working with APIs, evaluating models, and shipping production tools.
How members progress
The curriculum runs as a program over several months. Members start at the level that fits them, then move up as they grow. Each level builds on the one before it, so the path is the same for everyone even though the starting point is not.
